This kit is used to make an older transfer switch compatible with newer model generators that require a T1 wire. The fuse is mounted in the transfer switch and fed from T1. An additional wire is installed between the generator and transfer switch. The additional wire attaches to load side of the fuse in the transfer switch and T1 terminal in the generator.
